Good Vegetarian

Why is it so hard to find good vegetarian food? It's as if people assume vegetarians don't like food. Ahh. So tired of sprout and cheese sandwiches. Where can you find good hearty vegetarian food. Yes hearty vegetarian. No foo foo. Keep the sprouts. Keep the cold food. I want warm vegetarian. Satisfying tummy filling. I'm on the search.
